About Us

The Bank was incorporated in Nigeria as a private Limited Liability Company on 16th of March, 1998.

The bank was formerly known as Ado Odo Area Community Bank (Nigeria) Limited and one of the few community Banks that met the stringent requirements of Central Bank of Nigeria to transform to a Microfinance Bank. The Bank was issued with a License to operate as a Unit Microfinance Bank in 2008 and presently has an Authorized Share Capital of #50M and paid up Capital of #35M.
